Outreach

To expand the positive influence of E.L.I.T.E., the Outreach program was created.  Outreach is actually an extension of the C.H.O.I.C.E.S. program.  It became important that the children saw the program volunteers outside of the classroom.  Many of the elements of Outreach were an extension of the classroom such as Pulses of Hope, Christmas Choir, Peoria Area Track and Field Club, Eagle Crest, Prayer Vigils, etc....
